One WhatsApp number, your whole team

Connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's official Embedded Signup, reply from a shared inbox instead of a single phone, build and submit message templates, and send an approved template to a list from a CSV โ€” all on your own number, not a shared or reseller one.

Hi, do you have this in a bigger size?

What's actually included

A real inbox, real templates, an official connection to Meta

Early access โ€” the core of a WhatsApp Business Platform is built and connects to your own number today. A few pieces below are explicitly marked as not built yet, not silently missing.

Shared team inbox

Every customer conversation in one place, with the full message history โ€” not a phone passed between staff.

Message templates

Text, image, video, or document headers, body, footer, and buttons โ€” quick replies, click-to-call, or a link โ€” built with a live preview and submitted to Meta for approval from one screen.

Bulk broadcast from a CSV

Send an approved template to a whole contact list from a CSV of phone numbers, with per-recipient delivery status. Per-recipient template variables from the CSV aren't wired up yet โ€” every recipient gets the template's fixed copy.

Official Meta Cloud API

Connected through WhatsApp Embedded Signup โ€” Meta's own onboarding flow โ€” straight to your own WhatsApp Business Account. No third-party number, no reseller in between.

Usage tracked from day one

Every delivered template message is logged the moment it happens, ready for billing once Meta's current India rate card is wired in. During early access this module is free to use โ€” nothing is charged yet.

Not in scope yet

An AI assistant that answers from your catalogue automatically, per-recipient CSV variables, and metered billing are all real gaps โ€” on the roadmap, not silently missing.

How it works

Four steps from signup to your first sent message

1

Connect your number

Link your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's own Embedded Signup โ€” the official flow, not a manual credential handoff.

2

Build your templates

Add a header (text or media), body text, footer, and buttons, then submit for Meta's approval โ€” with a live preview as you go.

3

Message from one inbox

Reply to customers, send templates, and see delivery status โ€” your whole team working from the same conversation history.

4

Broadcast when you need to

Upload a list of phone numbers, pick an approved template, and send โ€” with per-recipient delivery tracking.

Why not just use the free app

Opsetu vs. the WhatsApp Business App

The free app is genuinely fine for a one-person shop answering a handful of chats a day. It stops working the moment more than one person needs to reply, or you need to send more than a few messages by hand.

WhatsApp Business App Opsetu
Multiple team members replying at onceOne device at a time Shared inbox, any team size
Message templates with buttonsManual, one at a time Built & submitted in one screen
Bulk sends with delivery trackingNot built in CSV broadcast + per-recipient status
Billing during early access Free, 1 device Free โ€” usage tracked, not yet charged
Pricing

Free during early access

No charges yet โ€” usage is tracked, not billed

Meta's own WhatsApp message pricing varies by category and recipient country. Opsetu logs every delivered template message today so nothing is lost once real billing turns on, but it hasn't turned on yet โ€” this module is free to use during early access, and you'll get notice before that changes.

Questions

Before you connect a real number

Official Meta Cloud API, connected through WhatsApp Embedded Signup โ€” Meta's own onboarding flow. Your messages go out through your own WhatsApp Business Account, registered directly with Meta.

You connect your own โ€” either an existing WhatsApp Business Account or a new one created during signup. Opsetu never messages your customers from a shared or generic number.

Your WhatsApp Business Account and its message templates belong to you at Meta, not to Opsetu โ€” disconnecting doesn't take them away. Conversation history stored in Opsetu follows the same data-handling terms as the rest of the platform.

Not yet. Every reply today comes from your own team through the shared inbox. An assistant that reads a customer's question and matches it to your catalogue automatically is on the roadmap, not built.

Yes โ€” start a free trial and connect a test WhatsApp Business Account first through the same Embedded Signup flow, before pointing it at a real customer-facing number.
